Ways to work together

Honest, advice-only guidance, charged as a flat fee so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. Every engagement starts with a free intro call, where we scope your situation and confirm your fee before you commit to anything.

A note on pricing. The prices below are starting points and depend on the complexity of your situation. If you’re a business owner, an incorporated or medical professional, or a rental property owner, there are extra moving parts like a corporation, professional income, or real estate, so those engagements are scoped and your fee confirmed on the consultation call, before any commitment.

Investment Review & Plan

Individuals from $850
Couples from $1,350
+ HST

A second opinion on the portfolio you already have, plus a clear plan for what to do next.

  • A full review of your current holdings: fees, asset mix, risk fit, and tax-location
  • A target structure: how much in stocks versus bonds, and what to hold in which account
  • A rebalancing approach you can realistically maintain
  • An implementation checklist you can act on yourself or hand to a portfolio manager
Format

Data intake, analysis, a review call, and a written report.

Best for

DIY investors who want expert oversight, or anyone unsure about a portfolio they built or inherited.

My advice focuses on structure, cost, and tax efficiency. I don’t recommend specific securities or manage your money.

Financial Mentorship

Individuals from $1,800
Families from $2,500
+ HST

Three guided sessions to get your cash flow and your money habits working for you.

  • Discovery: your priorities, your goals, and what you actually want money to do for you
  • Financial Snapshot: an honest look at your net worth and cash flow, finding the gaps and the leaks
  • Cash Flow Roadmap: an intentional spending, debt, and savings plan, with a simple system to run it
  • Worksheets and email support between every session
Format

Three sessions over three to four months.

Best for

A good income that never seems to get ahead, a family navigating a cash-flow change, or going self-employed.

Retirement Projection

Individuals from $1,800
Couples from $2,500
+ HST

Find out if you’re on track, when you can realistically retire, and on how much.

  • A projection of your savings and growth, with CPP, OAS, and any pension layered in
  • Realistic inflation and longevity assumptions, plus a light stress-test
  • A clear answer on whether you’re on track, and the size of any gap
  • The highest-impact levers to close it: saving more, working longer, adjusting spending, or timing CPP and OAS
Format

At least two 60-minute calls over two to three months, with a written summary.

Best for

Canadians five to fifteen years out who keep asking, “are we actually okay?”

Retirement Income Planning

Individuals from $2,900
Couples from $3,900
+ HST

Turn what you’ve saved into income that lasts, without handing too much of it to tax.

  • A phase-by-phase map of what you’ll actually spend in retirement
  • A tax-efficient withdrawal order across your non-registered, TFSA, and RRSP/RRIF accounts
  • RRSP-to-RRIF conversion timing, and a CPP and OAS start-date strategy
  • Tax-bracket smoothing, and income splitting for couples
  • A sustainability check, stress-tested against a long life and weaker markets
Format

At least two 60-minute calls over two to three months, with a written income plan.

Best for

People at or near retirement who need a clear, tax-smart drawdown strategy.

Comprehensive Financial Roadmap Most complete

Individuals from $2,900
Couples from $3,900
+ HST

Your whole financial life pulled into one clear plan: cash flow, tax, retirement, and more.

  • Your goals and priorities, and the cash flow and net worth they rest on
  • A debt strategy, and tax planning woven through the whole plan
  • Retirement readiness, with a projection built in
  • Risk and insurance gaps, identifying what you need rather than selling you products
  • Estate basics
  • Investment structure: allocation and account-location guidance
Format

A discovery call, data-gathering, and a presentation call, plus a full written plan and action checklist, over two to three months.

Best for

Anyone who wants their whole financial picture handled and integrated, not just one piece.

Tax woven through every section is where my CPA background does the heavy lifting, something most advice-only practitioners can’t offer.
